The trip includes a five-night stay in London, complete with private visits to Kensington Palace and Harrods. Or, you can take your private plane and jet off to a 29-day "Grand Safari" throughout Africa, which stops at some of the continent's finest game reserves and luxury lodges. If you prefer to ride the rails instead of taking to skies the Orient Express is offering a seven-night romantic journey with stops at top hotels in Venice and Paris, an overnight train trip from Venice to Paris and lunch at a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Reims, the capital of France's Champagne region. Travel experts say the level of luxury and comfort on this trip is "unprecedented." Many of these ultra-luxe vacation packages offer unlimited access to venues not ordinarily open to the public. For example, Admiral Travel Gallery's "Ferrari Track Drive" program features a visit to and a chance to cruise around the Mugello, the test drive center of the Ferrari F1, plus a luncheon with Salvatore Ferragamo at his family's vineyard in Tuscany. If spending time in a tropical setting is more your style then consider a trip to the relatively secluded Hawaiian Island of Lanai. A high-end travel company is offering couples access to a private mansion once frequented by billionaire Bill Gates. The package also includes ground transportation in a Rolls-Royce and unlimited use of a private jet to explore the neighboring islands of Oahu, Maui, and Kauai at your leisure.
