Hot Hawaiian Travel Deals For Couples

We are on the cusp of the summer wedding season and the timing is not being lost on those in the travel industry. Hawaii, known as one of the world's top wedding destinations, is offering some spectacular deals for couples in love. What's nice about these specials is that you don't necessarily have to be a "newlywed" to take advantage of them. Resorts are offering deals to couples traveling to the "Aloha State" on their second, third, fourth, or twenty-second honeymoon. As long as you are with someone you love you can rake in the savings.

On the "Garden Isle" of Kauai, the Aloha Beach Hotel Kauai is offering a "Romance Package" that is hard to pass up. The hotel is located on oceanfront property at the mouth of the Wailua River on Kauai and is a popular destination for couples who want to escape the bright lights of Waikiki. The package includes three nights' accommodation in either the Junior Suite or private one-bedroom Cottage; a bottle of champagne; a midsize rental car; and a $75 dining credit for dinner at the hotel one evening. The "Romance Package" starts at $546 for two and is good through December 20, 2007.

If you and your special someone are more adventurous, consider the "Snorkel Kauai Package," which takes advantage of the Aloha Beach Hotel Kauai's location adjacent to Lydgate Beach Park. It has been ranked as one of the safest swimming and snorkeling areas on the island's east side and offers great snorkeling in a protected cove that is home to schools of colorful tropical fish. The package includes room accommodations; daily breakfast buffet for two; eco-friendly fish food (two packages per day); snorkel mask and fins rental for two; and use of one underwater camera. The package starts at $167 per night and runs through December 2007.

On the Big Island of Hawaii, the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort is also offering a "Romance Package" for couples who want to spend their vacation relaxing on the Kailua-Kona coast exploring the area's lush gardens and spectacular beaches. The package includes three nights in an ocean view room, champagne upon arrival and keepsake flutes, daily breakfast for two, $100 credit at the on-site Kalona Spa, and a daily rental car. The package is priced at $770 per room based on double occupancy and is valid through December 21, 2007.
